Reflections on our town
We live in a fairly small town in Michigan, just a short distance from the lake.
I love the area we live in. We are just minutes from the lake - close enough to ride our bikes. Probably close enough to walk, but I think it would take quite a while, and I am just not that ambitious. We’re also not too far from a couple grocery stores and a few restaurants. Having grown up pretty much in the sticks, that’s a big deal to me.
I like our house, but it is too small! I am going crazy with all this stuff and not having anywhere to put it. We have stuff just sitting out all over the place because we just don’t have anymore storage space.
Other than that I couldn’t ask for more. A great husband, a beautiful baby and 3 great dogs…I am such a lucky woman.
So, this is a blog
Hm.
Sort of curious things they are.
Does anyone even usually post intros in these things?
I surely don't know.
I actually signed up with blogger.com a few months ago.
Maybe the same day I posted the first pic, showing all our babies.
Maybe before that.
I got the one pic posted and then I couldn't figure out how to post more. Turns out bloggerbot was down (and I didn't "get" that at the time) and I got frustrated and just gave up. I came back and tried another time and found the same thing (still not knowing that that could happen but was just temporary) so I gave up for another while.
I hear it doesn't go down all that often.
If I had that kind of luck in life, I'd be rich.
But here I am again, and I think I've got it figured out this time. At least enough to do the basic writing and picture posting.
An intro
I'm Tish, and I'm 29 years old.
I've been happily married to my husband Steve since 6/9/01.
We have 3 canine furkids - all girls. A Lhasa Apso named Chloe who is 14, a Border Collie mix named Boots who is almost 13, and a Rottweiler named Lacey who will be 9 at the end of Feb.
The newest addition to our family is our precious baby boy Holden Loucas who was born June 13, 2004.
(Actual post date is 4/29/05, just wanted it to appear at the beginning so there would be some sort of intro).
